Paul Mason's so-so-called giants of the British. As a kid, he was like most boys. His picture when aged 18 months shows just how cute Paul.
However, once mature, slowly gained weight up to ever reach 60 stone or about 381 kg. However, after undergoing gastric bypass surgery, weight is down 20 stone or 127 kg. That means the weight is still 40 stone or 254 kg. Still a giant.
However, it is tolerable so that Paul was brave the roads, though still in a wheelchair from his home in Ipswich, Suffolk. He felt happier and healthier now.
"I just want to be able to walk again and live like normal people. I have a second chance in life and I will not waste it," said Paul. Nevertheless, the former postman was still convinced he was the world's heaviest man.
Through the operation at St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, the inside of his stomach stapled so that all the food he consumed directly into "pockets" small. Thus, the amount of food he can consume is closely restricted.
Soon after, he was also forced to a strict diet. During this time Paul consume 20,000 calories a day, which means eight times the usual human.
