    Berlin (ANTARA News)- A German company that fired a man because he was stealing electricity worth 1.8 euro cents (two U.S. cents) in fact did not have reasonable grounds to fire him, according to one court decision.
    Court was canceled the company's appeal against the recovery of the man's position.
    Network administrator Beel Oliver lost his job after he Segwaynya recharge - which powered two-wheeler of electricity, in the workplace in May 2009.
    Once it connects the company's vehicles with a power source for 1.5 hours, his boss asked him to pull out.
    Two days later Beel lost their jobs.
    The court decided that the dismissal was not appropriate for the offense, especially considering the "minimal electricity costs are involved, the plaintiff's devotion for 19 years, while the fact that other employees fill out their handphones batteries and make a digital photo frame at the expense of the company without penalty."
